Event Info

Waste Expo Australia is a trade-only event, with free admission to all trade industry personnel. All visitors are required to register prior to entry by either pre-registering or registering onsite. Visitor badges must be worn at all times. 

Your customers can pre-register on the Waste Expo Australia website when registration goes live in July 2024. In the confirmation email will be a barcode, please keep this barcode handy when you arrive at the show, where you will need to scan your barcode to receive your printed badge. Badge re-prints are also available from the registration points during the show days.

To register your Exhibitor Badges please go to Task 3 of your Tasklist.

Everyone working on your stand requires an exhibitor badge during move in, show days and move out and they must be visible to gain access to the exhibition. Please ensure the Task 3 is completed by the due date to order your staff badges for your stand. Your badge will be available for collection from the Customer Service Desk during move-in.

PLEASE NOTE:

• There is a maximum amount of badges allowed depending on your stand size, please see Task 3 for more details.
• Badges are not transferrable between staff.
• Exhibitor badges will not be mailed to you in the post prior to the event.
• You must use an unique email address per person.
• It is required that all exhibitors have their exhibitor badge before entering the show floor, exhibitor badges available form Waste Expo customer service desk in the concourse.
• Exhibitors who have engaged in a stand builder to construct their stand, please make them aware of entry access control measures to access the exhibition floor. These measures will be communicated via the stand approval process.
